For the Reloop app and website (https://reloop.in). Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Open the Reloop app, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm. The deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out on every device and can no longer log in with that account.
Order, quote and payment records are kept in anonymized form — no longer linked to your name, email or phone number — because Indian tax and accounting law requires sales records to be retained. A device you sold us keeps its IMEI history for as long as we hold or have resold the unit, again disconnected from your identity. None of this can be used to identify or contact you.
You can also request deletion without the app: send us your registered phone number via the contact form, by email to aditi@reloop.in, or by calling +91 93102 49840, stating that you want your account deleted. We may contact you on the registered number to confirm the request is really yours. Requests are processed within 7 days.
If you only want to stop using Reloop for a while, you can deactivate your account in the app instead (Profile → Deactivate). Deactivation locks the account without erasing it. Deletion, by contrast, is final. See the privacy policy for the full picture of how your data is handled.
