This policy covers phones you buy from Reloop. If you're looking for what happens when a pickup revalues or you want your device back, see the sell-side terms instead. Last updated: 12 September 2026.
Not happy with a refurbished phone for any reason — the grade doesn't match what was listed, it doesn't suit you, or anything in between — request a free replacement or a full refund within 7 days of delivery. The device must be in the same condition it arrived in, with the accessories it shipped with. We arrange pickup of the returned unit at no cost to you.
Every phone we sell carries a 6-month warranty (or the period stated on its product page) against hardware and battery defects that were not disclosed at the time of sale — a board fault, a battery that drops well below its stated health, a component that stops working under normal use. Report it with a description of the issue and we repair or replace the device at no extra cost. This does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or wear consistent with the grade the phone was sold at.
If a device arrives with a materially worse cosmetic or functional grade than its listing stated, or a lower battery health than shown, report it with photos within 48 hours of delivery. This is treated as a listing error, not ordinary wear, and is resolved by full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer — without counting against your 7-day window.
Refunds are paid back to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the request being approved and the returned device received; your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.
Raise it from the order in your account, use the contact form with your order number and photos, or call us at +91 93102 49840. A person reviews every request.
Accidental or liquid damage after delivery, a device returned without the accessories it shipped with, and requests made after the applicable window with no listing error involved. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection law.
